So it was time that I had a couple more lights on the front of Kitty, and did not want to drill any holes so here is what I did:

I like them, especially the added look it gives Kitty! I wanted something that I did not have to drill holes for, so this is what I came up with- trying to keep that sort of stock look.

:-k maybe I'm just missing it, but you did end up drilling some holes - just not visable ones correct?? otherwise I cant figure out how you mounted them...

The bracket my buddy picked up at Princess Auto (Product Number 421 0526) for less than $10. Its hard to explain but the braket is in two parts:

Part #1: Is like a clamp you put over the lip in the bumper and tighten down, so the braket cannot move.

Part #2: Is the bracket the light is connected to which is connected to part #1 and you can move it up and down to where its neccessary to level out the light.

Sounds confusing but I will run outside and take a close up of it to show you.
