Gas Gage not working
Year and engine info might get you a better answer. After replacing my tank unit I finally traced it to mouse chewed wires under the hood beneath the fuse box.- Turboman280

2005 CRD cranks but won't start after rolled on side
I think KJ owner is on the right track. If it was running when it flipped the fuel system probably sucked a big air bubble. Got to purge that air out of the system.- Turboman280

Glow Plug Code 1267

2005 Cherokee KJ 2.8 CRD
The cam position sensor will cause no start, and since you are getting a code I would suspect that. Is the new one you put in genuine Bosch?- Turboman280

A/C has me stumped
Yeah, I just bypassed the leaking trans cooler and installed a Hayden unit, but would like to have installed a new condenser while it was out. My old one still works though.- Turboman280

Where did you find the condenser to fit a CRD? I ordered one from Rockauto which they said would fit, but it was too wide to tuck into the intercooler like it needs to.- Turboman280

Fuel Gauge reads empty all the time
Well, Gauge sweep goes up and down in 1/4 increments. New sending unit hooked up and moved float through a range of positions, no change. Voltage signal seems erratic. Anyone know what the voltage signal from the Front Control Module should be?- Turboman280

2005 TMPS Problem w/ "Spare Low Pressure"
I recently had a similar problem. Only one good sensor. Got new tires and sensors and moved the good one to the spare position. The new sensors all registered after a drive as they should. Rear seat belt help needed

New TPMS sensors won't relearn
Did your spare ever sync up? I moved the only working tpms to the spare and replaced all the others. Everything has self registered except the spare.- Turboman280
