The grilles mount differently between the '02-'04 and '05-'07s - the early ones have a few screws across the top, and the later ones have clips across the top. I found that out when I had to replace my wife's header panel.

Someone here may have one, otherwise try Craigslist for people parting out a KJ, or Ebay. I needed to replace the front left one on my wife's KJ a few years ago, and found one already painted silver on Ebay for $30 that came off a wrecked KJ. Good luck with the search!
