You can remove the front driveshaft to see if your issues go away, that's the sure test to determine or eliminate 4wd as the cause.

The axles don't engage/disengage. It is the transfer case that does the engagement. One wheel can't be stuck.

Changed out leaking power steering pressure hose with gates. Reused factory bracket.

I had dirt caked up on the gas cap gasket and rim of filler tube. Would throw the code after about a week after clearing it. Cleaned the gasket and filler, been about a year now, no evap code.

‘Where’ you mean? Look at the different slope of the left coil spring. Kinda hard to tell but the spring is bowing out to the right a little. They were also sagging bad. With the new springs, it sits 1.5 inches higher. Haven’t measured, don’t care to to see where it sits. These are OME 927...
