No dipstick in the 2007, replaced with a cap that says "Dealer service only" :emotions34: I'll just have to buy the 2006 models dipstick I guess.- Racer894

What part is this?
Whatever this part is, it's leaking and needs to be repaired. From what I can see, its a hose that goes to the smaller radiator. This picture is from underneath looking up. I have a 2007 Liberty.- Racer894
