This is so true. It’s great little car and all but was alway meant to be a throw away suv in my opinion. Where I live there is only one very small mopar dealer that only moves a few new cars a year that said they only put on there lot what they feel like putting on there lot, which isn’t much at...- KidsKJ02

It was not the ignition switch. I took it apart twice inspected and tested it, everything looks and functions fine. Agreed, as I have nothing else to go off of. I just swapped the Solonoid with a replacement and added extra heat sheild to it however, haven’t had the opportunity to test it yet. Hmm perhaps? So there is a very common issue with these ignition switches whereas an internal piece breaks off rendering the same symptoms. Although I haven’t inspected mine yet, as I would think if it were that it would be a constant fail not intermittent especially when The engines hot. Yes...- KidsKJ02

Also for what it’s worth and my slow posting. I have killed all the random error codes with all new sensors however my issue now is a completely random intermittent no crank no start but… only when the motor is warmer up and been drivin for some time. It fires up no problem on a cold engine but...- KidsKJ02

I wish it were that easy however, the different years have differn pcms. The 02 is a 3 pin and the 04 is 4 pin. I have since bought a salvage PCM from eBay for the 02 however, getting it flashed to my vin/skim is while other story. The one Chrysler dealer where I live doesn’t want to just do...- KidsKJ02

So was this in fact your issue? There alot of posts on this issue here and I’m having a similar issue but mine will only no crank when the engine is warmed up to temp. Starts fine cold everytime or even after waiting 10-20mins?- KidsKJ02

Ok so this one is a bit different than the others listed. Long story short, I swapped the 02 engine with an 04, I swapped over the crank reluctor ring, jtec cam sprocket and every sensor there is.
