    KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?

That's kind of confusing on that deal considering the filters on the bottom of both of them the 45 RE and the 545 The only thing different between the 545 and a 45 is the 5:45 has a double overdrive but there's not much difference in the housing 5:45 is just an upgraded version of the 45...

    KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?

As a fully functional complete unit Yes the discharge is a lower line because it's discharging back into the pan into the transmission but if you separate it and you want to know which one of the discharge line coming to the oil cooler it's going to be the top one

    KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?

Well that would be completely correct if you're talking about the pressure line going into the pan that's flowing through the filter and through the jet but if you're wanting to discharge out of the transmission going to the cooler pre-filter the hot oil is coming from the top port going to the...

    Manipulated PCM

You should be able to go in your scan tool and look up the modification code and go to the Dodge or Chrysler website and see if it matches that will tell you what parameters and codes and updates the computer should have.

Engines & PCMs, Trans & TCMs: Exact part number matching is mandatory

Depending on the year and your equipment you can edit the PCM and TCM an match the parameters to what is needed. If you cannot get the factory PCM to flash over to the parameters you need then you can purchase one that is programmable and user friendly and can adapt just about any type of...

    KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?

To the best of my knowledge the low port is the return on the transmission the top port is discharge .lower port it ties into the filter .I can walk outside and look at the one I've got a part and tell you pretty quick.

    Replacing the 3.7 with a M111.973 2.3 L

It's a 2000 model SLK I'll be pulling everything out of and at this point it looks like the model W5A 330 and W5A 580 we're used in both Jeep and Mercedes and various other Dodges so with any luck it'll be easy to adapt to tell housing over to either the transfer case already have or not the...

    Replacing the 3.7 with a M111.973 2.3 L

That's a good question I'm not sure. But I'm hoping that the engine mounting plates are identical because this is kind of what I've researched a little bit and found. Common vehicles for W5A330: Some earlier models of Chrysler 300, Dodge Avenger, Jeep Liberty.

2005 AC Help - What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like the expansion valve possibly was over crimped when it was put in or you didn't get all the trash out of the system and it plugged expansion valve itself when you turned it on for the first time. Or they may have put the wrong expansion valve orffise in the expansion tube I've seen...

HELP ME ON OIL TRANSMISION LINES!!

Well you could go to a wrecking yard and remove them from a vehicle you could buy a transmission line flaring tool and build your own . Or you can unscrew the plugs in the side of the transmission go back to a 1/2-in NPT threaded compression fitting for copper or steal either one. And tie in...

    KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?

Are you replacing the original one or you just adding to the system another cooler in line for the oil to run through both of them. And if both lines are cool and you've been running in the transmissions overheating you may not have any fluid going too the transmission cooler because it...

    Transmission Failure

Have you had any issues with the torque converter staying locked in and it not coming out of gear

    Transmission Failure

It sounds as though you have a valve body issue I would rebuild it or replace it The transmission or the computer itself should put it in the limp mode and it should only take off in a second and stay in second trying to protect the transmission. But they're notorious for bad valve bodies.
