Got the new starter in Bert. All is well. Up and running on the factory drive train with 300k miles on it.

Wifey had major surgey and is recovering well, so finally had some time to work on Bert in between wound care and drain purges (gross even by Biologist standards)...
Replaced starter.
Greased the JBAs.
Cleaned the snorkel pre and post filters.
Re-wired the rear spot lights.

Dang kids never listen. I told them Bert (2007 KJ 3.7L) was old and tired and deserved to be taken care of and only used around town.

Yeah, too dang cold here to DIY it, plus I get alignments done at the Local DIY garage, local veteran owned. 75$ with military discount.
My garage is three inches short to fit the Jeeps, so most work is done in the driveway.
