My garage replaced the 2 parts et rebuilt the hose’s diesel injection. Orange motor light disappeared after 10 miles et keep during 2 days. Then I went holidays in Thailand. I will keep you updated when I will be back in one week, but seems ok.
I have more problem than you, gasoline leak and pressure. The CRD 2006 KJ drive good until you request more power. Then come the red oil warning and the CRD engine stop immediatly. My garage tried it on a 20 kms drive.

Hello. The orange motor light came back again and this time I cleaned it ( brake fluid cleaner again ) running motor with my wife helping me to accelerate at 2000 rpm. Now after 2 driving day in city seems Ok. No more motor orange light.
In the meantime I have done this : clean intake air tube and EGR valve directly with 1 big cleaning brake fluid. I think my EGR valve was blocked in the middle position. After cleaning I had horrible sounds decreasing itself from 1500 rpm to 800 rpm by itself.
@KJowner hope you are fine. It seems the EGR delete kit not fit with my 2.8L 163ps from 2006. I read on another forum that it’s need Écu prog for my Kj but don’t to do this. What are you advise please ? I have now 164000kms with the orange light coming and leaving. I never cleaned or replaced...
I don’t know where the leak came from yet. I have done a video but can’t upload video here. It’s working I have added more coolant. Orange light still there. Front main ventilator in front of the external radiator is working. Heating inside the Jeep is working good. I am 500 kms from home now...
