Patience and a blow dryer... If you plan to reinstall with the same backing tape take it really slow, needs to come out intact. Worse case, use some fishing line, and "saw" it off, clean the back of the letters and replace the backing tape with double sided 3M tape.

Well I was advised against doing dash... That pattern with the little dots is very difficult to work with, and chances are that the leather wont stick and will sag with time/sun. I want to do the doors, I think the seats must somehow tie in with the rest of the car. Will be posting more pics...
