I have the same Jeep. Started having problems with rough start. Guess what. Replaced battery in key and all is just fine. The TIPS system needs to get the ok from the key I guess. Good luck.

I had the same knock and found it was the ac compressor. Changed that and no more knock. Engine runs fine. That was about a year ago and all is still good. Heater core is current problem.

I did that last week. Oil was slightly leaking from oil filter and tightening it didn’t help. I put a pan under the car and replaced the filter and the leak stoped. Not much oil came out.

I had a similar noise when I bought a 2008 Liberry. I thought oh no! Turns out it was just the air conditioner pump. Mechanic could hardly believe it. Changed the compressor and all has been fine. good luck.

I have a slight whining noise when air conditioner running on 2018 Liberty. Mechanic has replaced compressor three time (no additional cost). I have also replaced alternator and drive belt and pulley and tensioner. Only makes noise when compressor is running. Any ideas? Jeep runs great and air...

Ok. Easy solution. Google to the rescue. Turn the easy exit feature off. Move the seat all the way forward and all the way back. That resets the seat position memory I guess. Turn the easy exit feature back on and all is good again. Hope this might help someone else!

I have a 2008 Limited I picked up a few months ago. It has the easy exit feature and I liked using it. So suddenly that feature has stopped working even after making sure the personal settings showed it to be on. Any ideas? I’d like to get that working again. Everything else seem to work fine...
