it actually doesn't look quite as bad as you are probabl thinking. i have gotten a couple compliments on it. However, like i said it does look a little rough. I am a fan of kind of a beatun up, basic 4x4 look though.

Totally my fault, but i forgot to mention the fron of my KJ has no more plastic. i Removed the plastic "bumper" fender flares and liners. it looks rough but i am going to fix that.

so, if i put the wheels further away from everything it will somehow start to rub something?

I was doing some research on exhausts and decided to go with just a muffler rather than a cat back system. Cut stock muffler off, welded Thrush Welded Muffler on, i love it. Sounds great and i have noticed an increase in midrange power. Love the sound at idle too. Video

I have changed the plugs on various vehicles and my KJ was the easiert by a long shot. Matter of fact, the kj has just been easy to work on in general. That's one of the reasons i love it so much.

This is what i purchased and i have had no problems.

i'm at 133K. I replaced the radiator about a month ago, the A/C compressor is kaput(thinking about an A/C delete?), regular oil changes.

I removed the roof rails, spare tire holder on back, took out the driver's side rear seat and put the spare tire inside. Weight savings! haha, but reall i like the look with all the stuff taken off.

Well I am confused, are you saying it will rub with or without a lift? Also, i guess i kind of like the pre-runner look. More so than rock crawler i guess. BTW have you guys seen that CRD that BDS suspension modified for ultimate adventure? thing is sweet.

I am a fan of the wide stance look on vehicles. I couldn't really find anything on spacers, so i was wondering if anyone has tried them and how they did. i read a few things where people had said that their wheel came off while they were going down the road. hope that is just an idiot install.

Does anyone know the best way to get the speedo calibrated after larger tires are installed?
