I would get a second opinion from a reputable source lol. It could be that the rotors are worn down by a certain percentage that they are recommending replacement. Same with the brake pads. I would get a brake rotor micrometer and measure the rotors and compare to what OE specifies. If worn...
I have had pretty good luck with the Michelin Stealth wiper blades they sell at Costco up here for $10/Blade. Blades seem to usually last me about a year but we get a lot of snow and ice and my vehicles see a lot of dirt, dust and mud!
I would ask them how the tested the fuel pressure to be sure that it is the pump causing the issue. If it is can you replace it yourself? Fuel pumps are not all that expensive to buy and fairly simple to replace. I've replaced a couple including a Jeep GC.
I would not bother with a swap like this. My Renegade with manual ****** had great tires and did not even need to be in 4HI is most situations. However I did use it when conditions warranted it as what is the point of a 4WD if you are not going to put it to work?
There should be shops around that could test it for you. I have a shop I have dealt with for years that rebuilds alternators, starters and the such and they can test them quickly. I am not sure would I would think you would get a CEL/MIL code if it was the PCM?
I personally would not bother with a flush. Drop the pan, Replace the ****** filter, Clean or adjust any applicable parts, Replace the pan gasket, Bolt it back on and fill her up with new fluid!
I personally would run away from it. I had been lucky with being able to remedy misfires but have heard stories of people chasing them forever. The Stop Leak part would concern me too. If you are still interested in it and could entertain some repairs I would ask for a compression test.
