Looking the upgrade my suspension on 2005 jeep liberty

Airlift air springs in the rear make a Huge difference out back. Just a bit of air in them makes the rear end springs progressive rate, and for an example of how it affects the ride - that one addition took care of the sagging rear and also prevents the rear end from bottoming out when crossing...

removal of transmission in a day, is it possible?

It isn't possible before removing it. Very few TqCons have a drain anymore. Just accept that it's GOING to make a mess and plan accordingly. Ie, lots of cardboard and kitty litter. Once you have the TC bolts out and are ready to split the engine and ******, put a ratchet strap around the face...

removal of transmission in a day, is it possible?

You can't remove the ring gear bolts without removing the clutch or torque converter first. Ring gear removal isn't required to remove the transmission.

Can I Fit ANY 4.10 Gears by Just Adding ANY Steel Dana 30 Carrier into the Dana 30a “Super”?

The first (what you call rhe case) is properly called the carrier. The second {with the journal caps and pinion races) is called the axle housing, sometimes the center section or colloquially, the 'pumpkin'. Aka 'the big heavy cast part with tubes pressed into it, making a...

Can I Fit ANY 4.10 Gears by Just Adding ANY Steel Dana 30 Carrier into the Dana 30a “Super”?

Pardon the necromancy here.... Am I to understand the diff CASE is different for 3.54 and down, and 3.73 and up? To reiterate - the CASE, not the Carrier, as is most often the situation with axles? Asking because if it is, it blows my plan to regear a front 3.73 to 4.1 out of the water.

Remove front diff without removing control arms?

IIRC, the SAE spec for bolts says you want to have the diameter of the bolt in engagement length of the threads... Ie, if I wanted to know if tapping a piece of steel that is 1/4" thick for a 1/2" bolt offers a strong enough union... No, it doesn't. As for threads past the nut, am not aware...

Is there a reason you repost my post without saying anything?

What did you do to your jeep today?

I put the airlift springs in the back. Makes a huge difference in ride.

Remove front diff without removing control arms?

Title is the gist of it... WHY? I want to swap the front diff for a 4:10 unit. I see the front diff is held in by something like 6 bolts, and would ordinarily require the front two to be removed AFTER the control arms are, because they are inserted outboard to inboard (ie, nuts inboard, bolt...

    Steering rack bushing replacement help

Did mine with the rack mount bolts taken out, in the vehicle, on a lift. Super easy with the right part (Moog K7388). That's a rubber bush so apt to fail in the next year or so. I plan to take out the front chunk to swap in a 4.10 soon, and will replace the rack assembly while I'm at it. Maybe.

Thought - Have you been using Biodiesel, or trying WO (waste oil, especially vegetable oil) as a fuel?

Water in the fuel is a SEVERE problem in a diesel. You need to not just clean the tank (and the entire fuel system), but install a fuel-water separator system. This will probably be a bit problematic in a unibody rig (vertical space for a fuel/water filtration stack being hard to find. I...

Confirm fuel flow is my first trick in the troubleshooting tree... Why did you feel the need to ADD an inline pump? Are you sure it's getting enough volume to the engine? Did this problem occur before the pump was added, or start after? Whatever the last thing you did to the engine before this...
