Removing glass from KK window regulator

Here's those pics. 1st one is the cover 2nd one is the 10mm nut that you MUST loose. Note, you don't have to remove the nut. If you end up loosening it too much and it falls off, its no big deal.

HOW TO: fix the KJ fuel burp plague!

I don't see that the part inside the tank "could" be removed without modifying the tank. But yes, if the part in the tank fails/swells up then you'll have the gas burp problem. If you do have the problem, then you follow either the KJ or KK method to resolve. Cheers

HOW TO: fix the KJ fuel burp plague!

Removing glass from KK window regulator

from the pic, it looks like you still need to drop the window down a little bit. You should be able to see the round opening in the glass and the plastic retainer that is holding the glass. There is an access hole in the door panel (usually covered up with round piece of what looks like electrical tape). Once you have...

HOW TO: fix the KK fuel burp plague!

This post is follow up to HOW TO: fix the KJ fuel burp plague! (https://www.jeepkj.com/threads/how-to-fix-the-kj-fuel-burp-plague.57056/) For my 2009 Liberty (KK), process is different. I'd say easier than on KJ. So on the KK, the inlet to the fuel tank is mostly aluminum line. There is a...

HOW TO: fix the KJ fuel burp plague!

For my 2009 Liberty (KK), process is different. I'd say easier. So on the KK, the inlet to the fuel tank is mostly aluminum line. There is a short length of fuel hose from the aluminum line which connects to the fuel tank. I replaced the original hose with the Genuine GM 15131046 Fuel Tank...
