I have a 2005 liberty, 3.7ltr v6. I just replaced injector 4, but now fuel is leaking from top of injector 3. I tried reattaching fuel rail to injector but it didn't stop leak. Could it be o rings or a plugged/faulty injector? I read somewhere that injectors go out in pairs..is that a thing? Any info/advice is greatly appreciated!

Always replace the o rings and make sure you lube them up. Going in dry can ruin the sealing ability of the o ring

Should I replace all o-rings on all injectors (minus new injector) or can I get away with just replacing top rings?

Well when you take the rail off you’re going to be messing with all 3 injectors. The o rings are cheap enough to replace and not have to waste time to do this again or worse have a leak go unnoticed and well yea.

Should have replaced them all when you did the one.
