Head lights stay on after i turn them off

Any have a issue with there headlights not turning off.. Now this doesnt happen all the time but enough to make me want to ask.. But i have noticed alot of times when i turn my lights off and shut the car off the lights stay on. I just have to turn the knob and turn them on and then off and they go off..

That's normal. Wait a minute or two and they'll turn off automatically.

If you shut your ignition off before the lights, the lights will stay on 1-2 minutes. If you shut your lights off before the ignition, they should go out.

Yup, I use it to avoid black ice, or slippery areas in the parking lot.

If you want them to turn off immediately ... just turn them back on and off again .. they will go out.

Also if you have a evic you can adjust the timmer
