Does it go into gear ok when the Jeep is stationary? Especially reverse? That is normally a good indication that the clutch is disengaging ok. I had a similar shifting issue when I first got my Jeep, also a 2.4 5 speed manual and that turned out to be the dual mass flywheel that was at fault but...

And don't forget there are 2 types. One with ABS and one without but I am sure you know that. :smokin:

Thanks to all for the replies. Might be a bit of a dumb question but regarding the "In channel" ones, what secures them and do they actually fit in the window channel groove, i.e. The window rubs on them when closing the last half inch or do they go between the rubber and door top? Cheers, Steve
