i checked mine were done awhile ago but now there doing the same thing rear ends sways when i let off the gas.So i guess i have to pay for it know, that really sucks.
i got a 2004 libr=erty and when i hit the gas it drives fine, once i let off the gas i feel the rear of the liberty sway a bit to the right ,the tires and rims are new.this only happends when i stop excelerating and take my foot off the gas.
This is the second time in 1 year my passanger valve cover gasket is leaking is there a certain gasket i should use for this the drivers side is always good
no i tryed to get a veido but there is to nuch road noise from inside the truck, all i can say is everytime the tire goes around there is a squeak noise from the right front.im almost out of ideas.
all try to get a viedo ,if it was the front cv axel that does to my wheel when i turn it would make alot of noise correct, but nothing changes.all i get is a squeak which seems to happen eery time the front wheel goes around only under load.if i jack it up and spin the tire nothing.I still...
ok because i have that clicking noise so im going to remove the front driveshaft and see if it goes away if it does all have it rebuilt or get a used one,do i need to do anything eles will the transfercase leak or anything,if you watch my utube link posted at the top of the thread you will see...
im woundering if my 2004 jeep liberty comes with a cv joint or a universal joint on the front driveshaft that comes from the tranny to the transfercase.

if it helps the noise is more of a chirping noise everytime the whell does a rotation but if i jack it up and spin it i hear nothing so only under load i guess.
There is no difference in the noise when i turn or stop and go or speed of the truck,i thought if it were the axel when you hit the gas or put it in drive there would be a clunck but there is not onlt a clicking noise every time the tire does 1 rotation.
i have a clicking noise which seems to come from my drivers wheel i brought it in today and the guy said he thinks it is the drive shaft that comes from the transfer case that is making the clicking noise is there a place to buy one of these that are not massive expensive.
