It’s a 2002. I changed out the whole fuel pump assembly by going through the floor but it didn’t change anything. I have also rewired the pigtail and insulated the crap out of it so that it is impossible to rub through. I had cleaned up the wiring that was grounding the battery and the ecm but I...
A few gremlins have been popping up and I can’t seem to fix all of them. My gas gauge keeps going from empty to full and back again, the speedometer doesn’t work and it wouldn’t start. First time I got it to start was by changing out the camshaft sensor (hadn’t used OEM when I changed it last...
I'm on a trip and my compressor clutch seized. I got access to a few tools and I found an entire used compressor. I want to repair without loosing freon or risk damaging the bearing. if i take off the front housing (where the whole unit bolts on) which includes the clutch does it risk leaking...
Towed a TJ in a dolly 500 miles no problem. Took off my big tires and went with my original ones. First time driving little tires with my lift and I must say suspension is stiff compared to before. Don't notice it as much with bigger tires. Now I'm looking to lift my new TJ.
In the conection between the catalytic converter and tailpipe assembly is there some sort of gasket or donut that goes there and what is it called? I disconnected this joint in order to fit on my magnaflow muffler but it's making a terrible racket and it seems to be coming from this area.
Sell your Jeep and get this one on Kijiji 1003267720. Trail ready low mileage and close by. If I hadn't done everything myself already that's what I would have done.
Put my Magnaflow in yesterday sounds good. Noticed another problem while underneath the trans oïl pan is leaking. I had changed the pan two summers ago. I guess the seal didn't last.
JBA Arms and top plates. 2 ring clevis one set of rear iso's. Ironman springs and Bilsteins shocks. Sitting around 22'' all way round.
Next up is to change my muffler. Got a new Magnaflow 11226 waiting in garage, just waiting for some time.
Well my suspension is done but I got other problems. Thanks everyone for your help! While underneath I noticed a bad brake hose and decided to change both. When I came to bleed the lines I broke off the bleeder valve because of the rust, Doh!
After reading up on Lost apparently it doesn't matter if the washer is above or below steering knucle.

Damn instructions!
I took everything apart without power Tools. Had to fight every bolt. Will take it apart again tomorrow. What got me mixed up in the first place was this post:
