545RFE to 65RFE Swap
Hey all, My 05 CRD's tranny is on the fritz and I'm thinking it will be cheaper to just swap a new trans in than anything else. How to: transplant factory 4.11 8.25 and D30a
I've got an 05 CRD with 3.73's that I'd like to put 4.11's in. A local place has factory 4.11 diffs that I can get for about the same cost as new gears alone. ($250 per diff) It seems like swapping the diffs and howsings would be the easiest way to go. My question is, is it? Can anyone weigh...
