other than colour (seeing as my fluid is old ) is their a way to identifly the fluid that in my power steering system a the moment ?

Yup ATF+4 is trans fluid and it goes in you power steering as well when you own a jeep

OK I read threw the whole post and I still have a puzzled look on my face, it seems to be unclear what type of steering fluid was originally used for the KJ and what steering fluid it is to be replaced with. It would be nice if some one can confirm if ATF+4 is to be used or Power Steering Fluid...
