Everyone has opinions about what they believe to be "the" lift for your Liberty. I got in on one of the very first Rusty's lift group buys about a year and a half ago. I opted for the OME shock upgrade and have been more than pleased with the performance it's given me. Works well for everyday...
Same here. Got my Rusty's kit early last year and so far so good. I don't "punish" mine all that much and have been very pleased with the performance both on and off-road.
Just called my dealer and he said "bring it in on Tuesday, I've got the blower in stock". I'm lucky I have a good local dealership. As much of a pain in the ass it is to have to take it in, get a ride to work and get a ride back to pick it up, I'm happy they're takin' care of me. Wonder if...
Thank's for the tip. Just checked on the Jeep website and sure as heck there it was! I really like my Liberty but never have I had a vehicle with more recalls than the two I've owned. A little discouraging. May have to go elsewhere next time I'm shopping for a new ride.
As nice as it looks, I've got to ask the important question.... does it work, or is it more ornamental than functional? My rear window gets covered with dirt when driving down the many dusty trails of NM. If it works as good as it looks I'll have to put it on my wish list! Thanks in advance for...
Yep, Their the same units right down to the bag. I saw them at Pep Boys just after I got mine from Amazon. One of the off-road magazines did a product evaluation of it (under several different names) and they were pleased with it's performance. I think it will serve it's intended purpose well...
Cold? "Brisk" would better describe the conditions. Most of the trails are clear but muddy (snowpac run-off). I'm still new at this 4-wheelin' game so I keep to the "easy" trails. We made it up to Stoney Pass and later checked out the ghost town at Animas Forks which was great. I tried hiking a...
Just got back from Silverton Co. where I was able to do some wheelin'. I had the opportunity to use the M50. Can't tell you how impressed I was with it's performance. I had tried it at home before I left and it worked well. I aired down to 26 PSI from 36 PSI in Silverton, and aired back up in...
Concerning mileage, my 05', 3.7, 2wd auto got 22-23 mpg @ 75-80 mph. My 06', 3.7, 4wd auto gets 21-22 mpg @ 75-80 mph. Altitude and regional fuel formulations can have a huge impact on mileage.
Bulldog,
Those were among many I looked at while I was "disposing" of my Wrangler ST's. I wound up with the Yokohama Geolander AT/S (not the ATII) and am very pleased. The price is right and it's rated very high. Many other forum members run these and seem to be satisfied. Worth a look...
