    Sachs clutch?!?

LUK is an OEM clutch manufacturer, as well as Sachs. When I replaced my clutch, I ordered a LUK. The pressure plate that arrived was stamped Sachs, as was my original pressure plate. I'd say I got LUKy in the Sachs! ;)

    Do you use GPS navigation?

Smart phones with GPS receivers (are there even any without anymore) don't use cell towers for GPS tracking. They receive their signals directly from the same GPS satellites that stand alone GPS units do.

    CV, front , length

Just for kicks, have the cv axles been physically compared side by side using a tape measure, checking both collapsed and extended positions, or are you just going off the manufacturers/rebuilders specs? Past experiences in general has taught me to trust a tape and my eyes more than what a...

    Wheel Spacers on Stock Wheels

On wheel studs, not at all. On smaller more fragile bolts, it would help. One drop is really all you need, don't give them a bath in the stuff.

    Wheel Spacers on Stock Wheels

I wanted to keep my body color Renegade wheels, but wanted a wider stance (don't like the wimpy narrow look of the stock wheels). I've been running hub-centric billet adapters for 5 years now, with no issues (as I expected). Not the first time I've used wheel adapters. I highly recommend putting...

    2002 Limited Charging System Issue

I would replace the PCM only as a last resort. It's not an uncommon issue, they make an external regulator kit: ERCKFRM Combo - Heavy Duty Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep External Voltage Regulator Kit with Field Replacement Module utXjxwPAcHk

    Off Roading

Hmmm... good to know, that's not too far from me.

    machined down cv's

The clunking was worse when in 2wd. Putting it in 4wd put force on the axle so it wasn't free-flopping as badly, but the noise/clunk was still there.

Libby 05 removing rear sway bar

A frame mounted sway bar, like the front, stabilizes one wheel by putting twisting force on the other. Our rear bar helps to stabilize body side sway. Remove the bar and the top control arm, and you'll be able to sway the rear axle left to right, turning the lower control arms into a...

    Parking Brake 2002 Liberty

There's no reason to need the handle to pull up further than it is, provided the brakes are holding when up and releasing when down.

    machined down cv's

It's most likely your intermediate shaft is shot; rounded off at the end allowing the cv hub to flop around. Been there, had that.

    Tire pressure: What's everyone running?

38 in mine. With yours maxing out at 35, that's where I'd have them at.

    Have to fill gas slowly

Please make links visible in posts

I'm glad you put that suggestion Jim, that's one nuisance of this site. Out of all the car forum sites I belong to (5), this is the only one that doesn't highlight the hyperlinks. Hopefully somebody will do something about it.

What overall wheel weight requires regearing?

No probably's about it. Tire height changes the engine rpm to tire speed ratio, the same as how changing rear gears does. Just pretend your tires are gears...
