Having the same issue here. Leak in power steering pressure hose. There are no signs of the leak except when you look under the car and see that the hose is damp. I was also quoted a few hundred bucks for this. Mine is a 2003 KJ Limited 4X4...is it really that complicated or are they trying to...

I had the same issue a while back. What they told me at the dealer was that a panel inside the transmision had broken. A few hundred bucks later it was fixed. For some reason the transmision seems to be very sensitive to being used on pavement...(I started off road and then switched on-road...

Big 10-4, I would love to do the Douglas run but my wife and I are expecting our first child :) so I am working on some house projects that I need to finish that weekend. That's the main reason why I won't have as much time...If anybody is up for a local run let me know :)

Dang, I should have read this about three hours ago. I just changed my oil and used a FRAM oil filter since it seem easy enough to screw in. I guess, I will keep this in mind for my next oil change and hope that my filter doesnt collapse in between. I also spent a whole lotta time the first...
