It’s the only rifle we have that does like it - in no other rifle will it consistently go bang. The primers are pretty hard. Not only does it go bang every time, it puts it in the same place every time.

We tried Ely, CCI regular, CCI quiet and Blazer. Only the CCI regular performed the same as the Armscorp and it costs more than twice as much.

So my husband bought 6 bricks (on sale at AIM for $20 a brick) as soon as we got home

Just realized I hadn't post results of the 2 gun match a few weeks ago.

First off....IT WAS HOT!! Over 90 by 11:00 when we were starting stage 2. (we got a late start afterall.)
And no, I didn't wear the kilt

It's a totally casual competition between an extended group of guys/gals that I shoot with. Just increasing our skills and having fun thru some run-n-gun games with the pressure of the clock and "dudes watching dudes".
We try to do them at least 2-3 a year at a guy's farm.

I placed 6th out of 11 shooters, with which I was quite happy. I was a bit more competitive in the running, but stage 4 was an absolute dumpster fire.

Stage 4 in a nutshell.
Pistol only. Steel plate rack (six 10" steel plates) at 25 yards.
Start seated on chair with pistol on small table to your right (or left for southpaws) and magazine on small table on the other side.
At buzzer, stand up load pistol, shoot all six plates- plates MUST fall
Table pistol, run up and reset 5 plates.
Return to pistol and shoot 5 plates.
Table pistol, run up and reset 4 plates
(continue this with 3 plates, 2 plates, etc. until last plate)
Time stops when last plate falls.

A perfect stage would take 21 rounds....I have five- 10 round mags for the CZ75 (.40cal)...I ran out of ammo after the 3 reset Left 5 targets, 10 second penalty each.

Still lots of fun, and some exercise and good company
profdlp and ltd02 like this.

shot irons for the first time in a while, definitely a bit rusty so the RCO is staying home for the next few range trips.
