Body Corrosion

Being in Minneapolis, the buckle on the rust belt, this KK is showing some signs of corrosion. The back window hinges are bubbling, as shown in this photo. Has anyone addressed this issue?

It's an issue on KJs too...not sure how to fix it. Probably need to cut it out. Mine is clean there.

Rust *****....my XJ is in the shop now getting new floor pans.

Salt gets in that area and never washed out properly
If its only bubbled paint, remove hinge, sand, primer and paint it good
Then wash it a lot more in the winter

my 06 is doing that around the high mount stop light lower LS corner
