Novak's NP / NVG Shifter Assembly for Jeeps

so I'm having shifting problems with my T-case in my TJ, if it isn't popping out of 4 low its a pain to get back in 2 wheel drive or so forth. My Jeep has a 1 inch body lift, so I'm sure that adds to the issues. With all that being said, anybody installed either of these kits and what do you think? Pro's? Cons?

So I bought the cable shifter version, that allows me to keep my stock shifter in the Jeep. Gonna install it next weekend, it looks pretty nice. I hope all goes well with the install. will let you guys know..

Got it installed a couple weeks ago and everything put back together. The install was pretty straight forward I didn't really run into any problems. The Jeep shifts great in all ranges and wait get this..it stays where I put it. So if you have a TJ or XJ I recommend this kit!
