Same as what is called for in the factory tires. P rated tires stay the same regardless of size. If it where an LT tire. It would be different.

Ok what if the tires I want are still P rated but are also XL rated tires (extra load). Would that effect the psi I put in them or no???

You have to check the Tire Inflation tables.
Read the document. It explains how to apply the tables in
"Basic Procedures for reading and applying the load inflation tables"

33 psi on a P235/70R16 corresponds to a Load carrying capacity of 1918lbs
If you want to use a P245/70R16 tire for the same Load, you should inflate your new tire to approx 28-29psi since 26psi corresponds to a Load of 1841lbs and 29psi to a Load of 1940lbs.
