Bilstein hardware kit? What for?

What's it's purpose? I don't see similar parts on or for any other brand of front coilover shock for the KJ.

Its for the JBA coilovers , to adjust them comes with them when you buy the setup.

Makes sense, thanks for clarifying Tom. It looked to me like an adjustable coilover component, but I was not sure.
