It's the stabilizer bar that has a ball joint connected to the differential and has a right and left arm looks like a boomerang. that connects to the frame on both sides. The passenger side bushing has failed and is noisy going over bumps..

You can replace the whole assembly with one from Mopar. The metal is thin and bends before the bushing moves usually.

If you go with a cheap aftermarket brand rear upper control arm you will be replacing it again in a few thousand miles.

I just ended up converting mine to a true triangulated 4 link. I have a thread in the fab section.
