have someone put weight down and hold the fins of the fan so it doesn't move.
have a 2nd person undo that fan clutch nut.

I'm having heating issues on my 03 with a 3.7.. I flushed the system. New t stat. Lines running to my heater core are hot.. if I leave heat off run the jeep then turn it on its nice and hot.. but a few mins later it's barely like warm.. some ppl are telling me it's my blend door is this possible?

Is the temp gauge staying that the normal temp? What brand of t stat did you use?

If it were a blend issue, I don't think you'd ever get heat. I'm thinking the tstat is sticking closed still. I'd get a Mopar one.
profdlp and ltd02 like this.
