Found someone selling 5x4.5 pattern wrangler 16x7 rims for cheap.

Do they have the proper backspacing for the (lifted) KJ?

PS
Right now using 1.5" spacers on stock alloy rims with 245/75r16s and 3" lift and still rubbing on sway bar and front fender.

those look like the ones that I have that are 5 on 5 bolt pattern from the newer wranglers, so you would need spacers.

It's confirmed 5x4.5 pattern but not sure about the backspacing.

I bought the same wheels by mistake and they're 5x5" pattern.

They look just like the cheap stamped steel wheels you see on lower trim model KJ's.... what is the appeal that these wheels have for you? Rims for winter tires?

Those are 5x5s. The guy didn't measure right...

It's 5 bolts on a 5" diameter circle. Last I checked, the diameter goes through the CENTER of the circle ;)

Plus the JK wheels are flatter on the face, KJs are more dished
Someone was trying to sell me some of the JK wheels that look like Moabs. Only 150 bucks for all 4 he swore they were off a earlier Rubicon not a JK, but picture he sent clearly showed a flatter face

I found a set of pristine stock rims for $100 and was assured that they were 5x4.5. Fortunately I took a tape with me and, sure enough, 5x5. It's a common error.

I got my 5x5" Wrangler wheels on. Got them dirty already. I used Rough Country 1.5" thick adapters.

The wrangler wheels have 5.75" backspace, so less the 1.5" adapter, makes them an effective 4.25" backspaced 16x7 wheel.

It still 'just' rubs these 245/75R16s at full lock, but it sounds slightly different :winner_third_h4h:

The wrangler rims are the wrong pattern and in the end you will wind up paying more for the wrong rims plus the adapters, then if you were to have bought the proper rims in the first place.

Meh. I spent $130 on a set of 4 adapters. Not the worst situation for the wrong $100 wheels I couldn't sell again.
