Hey I am a jeep/car/general noob.

I am looking at:
Goodyear Wrangler Radial P235/75R15 105S OWL Highway tire

ANd I am wondering if these tires will fit my stock 2006 Jeep Liberty Sport.

From what I've discerned, it seems like they will, but I want to be sure before dropping ~300 bucks.

I am also open to other tire recommendations, but I do not go off roading, and value is a high priority.

Thank you.

I've seen 235-70-16s rubbing to suspension sagged so much
Measure from middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare on the left front

THANK YOU for your quick reply.

I am not sure exactly what you mean. Currently i have my Jeep on P235/65R17 tires. There is definitely some space between the tire and any mechanical parts. Should i measure this space?

No would not mean a thing
Measure from middle of the wheel, where the center cap is, middle of that up to bottom of the flare on the drivers side sitting on level ground of course

Are you buying other wheels since you currently have 235-65-17s ?
235-75-16s are 29.8 inches tall
235-70-16s are 29
235-65-17s are 29 inches tall

the car might not be on perfectly flat ground but i have like

18.5 inches driver side front. 18 inches passenger side front.
19.5 inches driver side rear. 19 inches passenger side rear

Yes, my friend who will be mounting the tires has various size wheels for me to use

Wait a minute. Are you talking 15" rims? Make sure you get the correct rims or they'll rub on the calipers.

We used to run 235/75R15 on older Dodge steel wheels. (Winter setup)

No clearance issues... but did have a good 2" of lift at the time. YMMV.
