Discuss anything here, as long as it's reasonable.

For us, that was only part 1 of the two-part mess.

Supposed to start again later, then 'hit' us with the majority of the snow.

My parents & brother are dead center in the 12-24" range. My brother has a snowblower, a generator, a wood stove and my mom has an AWD CR-V. So they're okay, anyway.

This is fun being at work in a windowless room in the belly of a building. Can't even watch the snow pile up!

It's snowing lightly here. Just a dusting. We had an inch from the first part, but then it rained a sleeted for a while and coated everything with ice. Now snow on top of that.

Hope you're not like me and my snow plowing adventures. Bought a 69 Bronco with a plow on it, thought it would be great and make some $$$
Had it three years and never really enough to push, sold it, the next winter we had all kinds fo snow. Guy I sold it to made a fortune on small driveways etc

I saw a thing on the news that said a guy out in the mountainous area of Virginia makes between $50,000 and $75,000 every winter just plowing.

I am now sure I wasted my money on that IT degree.

Took a video on the way to work. We got over a foot last night. Very high drifts. I'll get to posting stuff later.
