Why is it when I'm not involved in a project at work, I happen to be the only one around on the day it's to be completed/presented? It's always fun to try and figure out what's going on inside someone else's head so I can put together what I think might have been their plan, and do it in 1 day where they've had weeks and weeks to organize it.

Why me!!!

At least you have other people (even tho' they tend to be not around when it counts).

I am my divisions marketing department. Need help I am told? That's my problem! Oh the joy of it... \/

Another day, another rant...

So I get myself out of bed a 1/2 hour early so I can get to the store and buy a wire stripper so I don't have to stop on my way home from work. Traffic's heavy, I'm speeding (yeah, yeah.. shaddup) time's getting short but I make it to the store with (what I believe is) enough time to make the purchase and get to work maybe 2 minutes early (my guess from gauging traffic). So I walk into the store, and go to check what money I have, only to realize I've left my wallet at home.
So back out I go and off to work... not speeding now, don't want to get pulled over. I make it in time, but now have to waste my lunch going to get the wallet since I'm going to need it this afternoon. Since eating, driving and hurrying aren't a good mix, I guess I'll be sneaking my lunch at my desk. Grrr....

I guess the only good part is I had the foresight to check for the wallet before getting in line with the product and wasting everyone else's time.

There is nothing worse then driving down the road and realize that your wallet is at home (or in your case being in a store!). Once I get on the interstate to go to work, it's a good six miles before I can even turn around.

Default gurls

So I met this girl right, at the NY photo expo. She caught my eye while at the Mamiya Booth while I was on my way out to smoke. Anyway, after lighting up one, lo and behold she comes out, looks at my direction, smiles, and kindly asks if she could bum a stick. well, this dude was next to me smoking too, and we both offered her one. She took his (damn, out of all the days, i didnt have my normal brand with me), but I did get to light it.

Anyway, long story short, I got her number (I think I maybe one of the few that actually applauds mayor Bloomberg for banning indoor smoking, since i've met so much more gurls that smoke outside)

Crappy part about it is, she lives 2 hours away, and she was only there for the expo, 2 she barely goes to the city, so that initial 'meet' window just got smaller, 3 she's only in the tri-state area till Feb, and 4, she's cute, she's into photography, and i want to marry her.... \/ (well not really, but i wouldnt mind.......LOL)

halloween is coming up so she MIGHT be in the city, MIGHT, and i hope she is tho, cuz im going crazy........

I hate being smitten.....

gaddamit, I shouldve been coming back from honeymoon at this time only if she friggin didnt....

just a tad frustrated, well been frustrated since friggin valentines day 2002
where did i put my vodka..... :confused1: :sad11:

Oh the joys of being single! I wouldn't want to ever be out there again. Being married is cool.

yeah being single sucks! Where's the vodka is right. lol
I know how that goes.

Going to bars trying to meet sins of the flesh doesn't work out so well either. Well most of them there aren't going to be the type for me anyways.

We need more girls on these forums. :sad1: Would be great to have a girl that liked doing jeep/liberty stuff, but thats hopin for too much.

Oh well, I'm young and I have a lot of time yet to meet a girl.
Until then get me another shot! :beerchug:
