Roof Racks

I have just finished fixing my 2004 jeep liberty project and wanted to know if removing the roof racks will cause water to leak into the car or not. Im never going to use them and never plan on it. If someone has an answer that would be great

It will look like butt without them. The roof isn't smooth and you will see the indents where they mounted.

Are you talking about an actual rack or just the rails ?
If just rails just leave them on, hurt noting at all and yes look bad without them

Looks awful without. Ran that way for a couple days while i was building my rack. But yeah theyre just rivnuts in the roof it can leak without (ask me how i know lol)
