Replacing the Headlights & Foglights bulbs

Hi all,
This is my 1st post in your forum,
I want to know if some of you got replace their Liberty’s headlights and foglights with the Silver Star HID bulbs,

actually I am looking for the brightest & whitest bulbs, but it should be legal on street too.
Can some one please help me, because I don’t know what to buy?
I got 2003 Liberty.

9007 for the Headlights and 9005 (modification needed) for the fog lights. I don't know what the laws are for HID lights, etc...

I replaced my headlamp bulbs a couple of months ago Silstar BP8 silver stars. They made a world of difference as far as lighting up the road goes.

If you all have 9007 in your liberty's I don't,
I saw the headlights bulps for a while, and I think the number written is H4 (Aeh) , I don't know if the Middle East version Libberty's got different headlaghts.
