I have a 2002 liberty 3.7 liter v6. We get heat out of the vents and floor vent, it's not really that hot. When you switch it it defrost it goes cold. I have checked the fluid levels and they are correct.

Sounds like a possible blend door problem.

Is engine temp running center of gauge? Take hold of heater hoses feel for any major temp difference.

Blow the heater lines out with air. Your clogged.
