Getting some rust coming out the one drain only. Been keeping it pretty clean though.
I guess drainage not the best.
So it seems water only drains/drip out the one side. At hinge side nothing yet still damp in there with Q-tip test.
Should I drill a few extra holes? * *

I don't see what it would hurt. Even if it didn't drain the door adequately, at least you'd know when there was water trapped in there.

I think I'd leave it. Unless you do a really good job painting it.

What I did is flood mine with Fluid Film.

It's odd with the KJ I haven't ever seen much water coming out, but with my old WK I remember just the front passenger door on some mornings would absolutely pour water out.

JeepJeepster is the guy that turned me on to it- so far I haven't seen any rust drips! Smells pretty good too I think! It'll be a bit of a mess, I'd do it over some pavement you don't care about getting drips on (I used my neighbor's driveway :D).

Would you just spray it right in the drain at the bottom of the door?

Order the wand off eBay for it. The 02s have access holes under the plastic step plates allowing a straight shot into the rockers
The 03 didn’t in the rear and I had to tap a hole with a cover / plug
