Auto gearbox clunking when selecting gear

Hi all,
I've noticed over the last month or so that when I go from drive into neutral or park there is a big clunk and jolt in the gearbox. It's OK going from park/neutral back into drive however. 05 model with about 100,000 klms on her.
Any ideas?

Check your universal joints and also your transmission mount.

U joints would be the first thing I'd check. ****** mount too, but I can't think of a failure on here.
