2002 renegade obd2 link error

new pcu,new bcm,new battery.no gauges except tach.Runs great.but when I plug in the scanner I get "Link ERROR"I tried searching and only found what each plug is on the obd2 port,I dont get any readings on the 3 plug which says it should have 2.5 volts.I'm lost

Make sure all your connections are good on the modules and also that there are no blown fuse inside the jeep or in the PDC.

Did your obd2 reader work before?

I know that the PCI Bus that the 2002 KJ uses is difficult for most code readers to handle.

The local Bosch Agents here in SA straight away told me that they were not able to read codes out of my 2002 Export CRD which uses a Bosch PCM/ECM.
