2003 Liberty 4X4 Grinding Noise Need help

I have owned my liberty for almost a year now and over the past few months I have been noticing a grinding noise coming from my suspension when i go over bigger speed bumps, dips etc. at moderate speeds (under 60 km/h) It is really starting to annoy me just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what this may be caused by. i had it too. it went away wen i got my car washed

mine did the same. It went worse when 4 low selected only stopped when i changed the front propshaft,check the cv boot on the transfer box. Its an easy job but expensive at uk prices. Hope this helps.

Almost a year, does that mean is it the first cold winter the jeep is going through? If so, as previously posted, Sway Bar Bushings may be to blame.
